Gemma Faulkner - Set Designer

Gemma has been the resident Set Designer and Prop Maker at the Freehold Theatre in Muswell Hill for 7 years and recently teamed up with Palladini Productions to design & build the set for their production of Black Comedy. I have a good knowledge of a large variety of materials and I always bring creativity, versatility and practicality to any project I am involved in.

Roberto Trippini - Writer

Roberto Trippini is an Italian-born, US-educated writer, based in London since 1994. After seeing his first stage plays (Bad Samaritans Go Places, Botero Forever, etc.) produced on the London fringe, he wrote the libretto for the musical Jack Dagger showcased at Greenwich theatre by Musical Futures 2004. His first feature, the British indie romcom Are Your Ready for Love? (co-writer) was premièred at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival and won the Best Screenplay Award at the Monaco International Film Festival. This was followed by the short film Road to Damascus (2007) starring Nick Moran. His most recent production as librettist and lyricist is the musical drama Too Close to the Sun at London's Comedy theatre in 2009. His next musical, Sailor, (with songs and music by a 1980s pop group) is in the pipeline (see www.sailormusical.com).

 

Sam Bevitt - Writer

Sam Bevitt studied Theatre and Performance at the University of Warwick and went on to study his Masters in Scriptwriting at City University in London. Throughout his time at Warwick, he taught community theatre, led scriptwriting courses for the local town, held drama workshops for inmates at Swinfen Prison and performed a month-run comedy at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Whilst doing his Masters, he began working for Palladini Productions with the debut show, I'm A Londoner, which toured to various venues in the capital, including the Scoop Theatre Festival. After working on other projects with Palladini, he co-wrote the current show Citiest Of Cities. He is currently co-writing a sit-com with a London comedian and a one man show, as well as film and television projects.

 

Dan Anscombe - Graphic Designer

Dan studied Contemporary Lens Media before graduating in 2008 and then started work in the film industry as Concept Artist on American feature The Summoning. Since then he has worked on a wide range of short and feature films as a graphic designer, creating posters and other artwork for many productions. This is the second time Dan has worked with Palladini Productions, after also designing the promotional material for last year's I'm A Londoner.

Harald Haugan- Photographer

After a lifetime of photographic passion, Harald moved to London thirteen years ago to study photography at the University of Westminster. He now concentrates on stage-photography, theatre, bands, as well as doing portraits and commercial photography. Harald last year did a project called "Around India in 80 Trains" (www.80trains.com). He has done assignments for EMI, Sony, Above Magazine and the Guardian, in print and online.

Lori Baker - Make-up Artist

Lori is a Londoner born in New York. Her career in films is very diverse, ranging from film editing to make up, including London Fashion week featuring Naomi Campbell’s fund raising event for flood victims in the UK. 
She has also created make up for films, such as: Da Silva Da Silva (TV), A long way home (TV film), Murder in the family (drama/documentary), plus various other projects.  

 

Claire Louise - Costume Designer

Claire has worked with Palladini Productions on Citiest of Cities within the remit of costume designer and/or wardrobe assistant. Claire's design background also aids the production of marketing material for the shows. Claire studied marketing, fashion and design at SEEC and went on to do freelance design projects. Claire's keen interest in fashion has recently seen her form Threads Boutique with her business partner, which sells vintage clothing online and creates custom pieces on request.

Hatty Hay - Runner

Hatty Hay is a freelance stage and events manager who is currently working as a runner for Palladini Productions and as an ASM at the Tricycle Theatre. She recently graduated from the Central School Of Speech and Drama on the BA: Theatre Practice course, and has worked in range of theatres areas from devised work (“A Little Neck” with Goat and Monkey) to musicals (“The Kissing-Dance” at the Jermyn Street Theatre) . She has also had event experience as the office Manager of The Common at Glastonbury Festival to working as Events Manager on “The New Years Day Parade.” She hopes to continue to pursue a career in theatre and looks forward to working with Palladini Productions  

 

Will Greener - Harmonica Player

Nicknamed "Captain Bliss" 'cos he's a "cheery fellow," Will's life so far has included a masters degree in philosophy, doing street theatre in a war zone, tutoring, coaching and mentoring young people, playing and singing on various albums with various artists and getting up to all kinds of mischief whilst touring the UK, Europe and America. He's a member of the Green Party, likes gadgetry and geekery and spends many happy hours studying, teaching and playing harmonica. Usually with no shoes on.

Ramin Farah Marco - Movie Maker/Script Writer

Graduated in 2009 from London Met University in film and broadcast . To date I have written a feature length film "Broken wings" as well working on two more which are in the pipe line . I speak Italian, Greek, Turkish, Persian and English.

The current project I'm working on is "Overload" as an assistant director and camera man, which will be showing at the BFI in November 2011.

 

Armando Seijo - Painter

Armando studied fine arts in the university of Seville and top it up at the infamous Central Saint Martin’s in London, has exhibited his work at some of the top venues in England and abroad, namely, The Scoop,Hackney Empire, Manchester Apollo and Whitechapel Studios. In addition to standalone exhibitions Armando has taken part in international Art Fairs in Miami, Bath and Glasgow. Armando has won various prestigious awards, as well as being a finalist in the BP-Amoco Portrait award, Royal Society of Portrait Painters, Focus Abengoa and Alfonso XIII competitions. Armando is delighted to collaborate with Palladini Productions at The Scoop amphitheatre, a move which sees him being part of the unique concept of painting the performance as it unfolds before his artistic eye.
